She invited me to her house one day as her mom was going to be baking the amazing fudgy-ness again. Sadly, her mom had started mixing everything already and I didn't get to see the process :(. Sadly, the picture above is not her mom's brownies, it's a brownie recipe from foodwishes. Good and fudgy too but I still prefer my friend's homemade ones.
I did ask for the recipe though, and when I tried it, it came out a total failure. I will post her mom's recipe though, but somehow when I think about it, I think they gave me the fake recipe. But maybe it came out a failure because of my terrible baking skills
Brownie Recipe
Yields 1 small tray (*she didn't give any pan size)
Chocolate 75g
Butter 110g
Eggs 110g (approx. 2 eggs)
Sugar 200g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Strong flour (Bread flour) 75g

Strong flour (Bread flour) 75g
- Melt chocolate and butter over a bain marie (* if you don't have one, set a bowl over a pot of simmering water, make sure the bowl doesn't touch the water)
- Allow the chocolate & butter to cool.
- Whisk eggs,sugar and salt until well mixed but do not foam
- Stir in vanilla
- Sift flour onto mixture and fold
- Bake at 165 celcius for an hour
